Marketing maintains the VIP segment in Mautic, and the website knows nothing about it, so "VIP" gets built a second time as a Drupal role. Mautic Audiences reads the segments and tags you already have and turns them into block visibility, Twig, Views, Search API and, since 1.1, a field that records who a piece of content is for.
An agent wrote a sequence diagram into our intranet and it came out as a grey box of text. Fixing that meant writing a filter, and finding out that ordering it before the highlight.js filter is not enough, because highlight.js has a second half that filter weight cannot reach.
