eQubes - The game that reached app store's 1st position in record time!

Sometimes, a visionary and a great idea just need an extraordinary team to conquer success! This is what João Lima, student at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, found out when he brought to BloomIdea his innovative idea of a game meant to train the mind of players and to challenge puzzle lovers. It was with BloomIdea’s help that this idea gained life and became eQubes!

eQubes is a mathematical reasoning game inspired by equations and cubes, that reached in record time the 1st place in the iPhone and iPad App Store! The game presents random mosaics which hide unsolved equations. With just 2 minutes to conclude each side's equation, it's necessary for the player to be truly in love with numbers and puzzles to be able to solve the mental calculations. The game is unique and there is no similar application to train mathematical reasoning in a fun, challenging and highly addictive way.

BloomIdea developed the app for iPhone and iPad, as well as its App Marketing strategy and respective communication. The results were remarkable! In a short timespan the game achieved first place in the App Store and was mentioned in several media, notably among them: Dinheiro Vivo, G3 Tech, Tech Online, Notícias Sapo, Sapo TEK, Briefing, Notícias ao Minuto, Marketeer and Jornal de Negócios.
